Vi arbejder med de samme muskler, hvor vi ofte varierer \u00f8velser, intensitet og tr\u00e6ningsmetoder. Vi danser til sk\u00f8n musik fra hele verden med enkle koreografier, der er lette at f\u00f8lge. Trinene er tilpasset, s\u00e5 de er sk\u00e5nsomme for led og muskler, samtidig med at de styrker kondition, balance, koordination og bev\u00e6gelighed.<\/p>\n<p>Du beh\u00f8ver hverken danseerfaring eller en bestemt form for kondition. Det vigtigste er lysten til at bev\u00e6ge sig og have det sjovt.
